Abs:
Abs Only (Moderate) Straight to the point 15 minute ab workout. Ashley's Abs (Moderate) Intense 30 minute ab workout incorporating the use of elevation, and core movements for a total burn.
Cardio:
Kickboxing (Moderate) Floor based warm-up, stretching, extended kickboxing segment, and relaxing cool down. Hustle Class (Moderate) A fun cardio based class, guided to upbeat music, come sweat while having a good time. Boot Camp (Moderate) Cardio workout including a combination of calisthenics, and martial arts.
Pilates:
PIYO Strength Fusion (All Levels) High energy Pilates + Yoga mix, incorporating a stability ball, light weights, and stretching at the end. Yoga / Core (Moderate) Yoga routine focused on strengthing your core, and trimming your mid section. Resistance Pilates (Moderate) Total body pilates workout incorporating the use of an exercise ball (provided).
Total Body:
Senior Fit (Easy) Guided stretching routine, incorporating calisthenics. Upper Body Blast (Moderate) Upper body toning workout, incorporating weights, balance and cardio. Lower Body Blast (Moderate) Target your legs, glutes, and arms in this 30 minute weight aided workout. Hip Hop (Moderate) High energy class to tone & trim from head to toe. Total Body 80's Target your entire body in this 50 minute guided workout while listening to Kelly Clark's favorite tunes of the 1980's
